Join our safe spaces led by Black therapists and trained facilitators. Sessions are hosted online and in person, covering everything from emotional overwhelm to maternal identity and healing.

Access weekly workshops and classes that support your transition into motherhood. Learn about birth preparation, postnatal care, infant feeding, and more — all designed for Black mums, available online or face-to-face.

Looking for connection and encouragement? Our app matches you with another Black mum for regular peer support — based on your location, parenting stage, or personal preferences.

The Motherhood Group (Dubai) is the Dubai chapter of The Motherhood Group (UK), an award-winning organisation supporting the health and wellbeing of Black mothers worldwide. Our community provides safe and empowering spaces for mothers in Dubai to connect, share, and thrive.
